What do I need to run it?
A Mac with macOS 26 or later. Apple silicon (M1 or newer) is recommended for the fastest on-device transcription.
How do I install it?
Download the zip, open it, drag Unstuck AI into Applications and open it. The first time, macOS asks for Screen & System Audio Recording and Speech Recognition. Full install steps.
Is my audio uploaded anywhere?
No. The conversation is transcribed on your Mac. When you ask for an answer — and only after you've allowed it — the question, the recent transcript and any screenshot you chose are sent to be answered, and aren't stored on our servers. Privacy policy.
How does the free trial work?
Start your trial and you get Pro free for 3 days. If you cancel before it ends, you won't be charged. Otherwise it continues at £9.99 a month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
I have a beta code. What happens now?
The free beta continues for invited testers. Enter your code where the app asks for a “Licence key or beta code” (or later in Settings → Access).
Can I use it in exams or job interviews?
No. Unstuck AI isn't for exams, tests, job interviews or any other assessment. Tell people when you're transcribing, and follow the recording rules where you are. See the terms.
