Pricing questions
What counts as a minute?
Only the time the live assistant is switched on. Time is measured by the second, so a 41-minute interview uses 41 minutes. Downloading the app, setting it up and reading your transcripts afterwards don't use any time.
What happens when my time runs out?
You get a heads-up when 5 minutes and 1 minute are left. At zero, the assistant pauses — your transcript and chat stay where they are. Add minutes and carry on in the same session. We never charge you automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. If something isn't right, email us and we'll look at it fairly. See the terms for your rights, including the 14-day right in the EU and UK.
Is VAT included?
Prices are in euros. Any VAT or sales tax that applies where you live is calculated by Lemon Squeezy at checkout and shown before you pay.
Can I use it on two Macs?
Yes. Sign in with the same email on each Mac and your minutes are shared between them. One live session runs at a time.
Do my pack minutes expire if I subscribe or cancel Plus?
No. Minutes you buy in packs never expire. With Plus, your monthly minutes are used first, and your pack minutes stay put — including after you cancel.
