Unstuck AITerms of Use

These terms are between you and Ioannis (John) Papidakis, trading as Unstuck AI, London, United Kingdom. These terms cover the Unstuck AI app and service.
1. Who can use Unstuck AI
You must be 18 or older.
2. Free beta
Unstuck AI is currently a free, invite-only beta. Access needs an access code, which we can limit, change or withdraw at any time. The beta is provided as is, may change or stop, and may have bugs. If we introduce paid plans later, we'll tell you first and you won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe.
3. Fair use
Your access includes a monthly credit allowance shown in the app. When it's used up, text answers continue on a lighter model until the next month. We may limit or suspend use that is abusive, automated, or shared beyond the number of Macs your access code allows.
4. Acceptable use
- Tell people when you're transcribing a meeting, call, lecture or seminar, and follow the rules of your workplace or institution and the law on recording.
- Do not use Unstuck AI during exams, tests, job interviews or other assessments, or in any way that breaches academic integrity or workplace rules.
- Do not use it to harass anyone, infringe others' rights, or break the law.
5. AI answers
Answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check important information, and don't rely on Unstuck AI for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of your notes, screenshots and questions. You give us permission to process them only to provide answers (see the Privacy Policy).
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Unstuck AI in the 12 months before the claim (nothing, during the free beta).
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms with notice in the app or on this page. You can stop using Unstuck AI and cancel at any time.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU you keep the protection of your local consumer law.
